MARCH 2021

Back in December, my friend Robin (aka BlazayNY) collaborated with For Freedoms to create a mural using original photography by the artist Hank Willis Thomas. I was honored to sling some paint again with former coworkers, with the added bonus of being for a good cause. There was snow, there was rain, but it was nothing but good vibes and great fun! Watch a short video of the making of by clicking HERE.

After much trial and error, I am so happy to have found the wonderful Stephen Gross at Brooklyn Editions. Together we created these museum- quality fine art prints of my lady vases and I am thrilled with the way they turned out!

The original paintings, and the prints are available for purchase on my website. Please place your order by December 10th to ensure delivery by Christmas .

APRIL 2020

“In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life: it goes on.” ― Robert Frost Hey y’all. My mind is a tornado of thoughts. I’ve written and deleted so many versions of this over the last week, but as I sit here wildly swinging between utter dispair and overwhelming gratitude, the one thing that keeps me calm is knowing that we are all in this together. With that in mind, I finally decided to press send. Creating things with my hands, whether it’s in the kitchen or at the easel, has always been my safe zone. It’s the one area of my life where I am in control and relatively confident of the outcome. So, I’m going to continue to paint and bake my way through this and hope that my work will speak to your heart in some way, or at the very least, make you smile. Stay indoors, stay healthy. Love to you all.

January 2020

A couple of months ago my heart was cracked wide open by the outpouring of support and encouragement I received from all of you surrounding the Damaged Art exhibition, my story, and my painting “Be Well; Engaging the Noose”.
